Sometimes, even superheroes need a little extra help! For one week in July the Cobbers Child Care Centre children and their families come together and become Superheroes, by dressing up and raising awareness and much needed funds to support Bear Cottage, a part of The Sydney Children's Hospital network.
Throughout the week, children came dressed up as Batman, Spiderman, Supergirl, Captain America, Flash, Owlet, Wonder Women and plenty more super children. They learnt that Superheroes help their friends in all kinds of situations such as completing puzzles, sharing toys, climbing and other challenges around the playground. The children became creative, making their own Superhero masks and bracelets. They drew a picture of themselves as Superheroes and had their faces painted to become their favourite Superhero.
Thank you to all the children, families and staff who helped raise much needed funds for Bear Cottage.
